Agrico recently hosted a comprehensive two-day implement training, organised by Paul Burger, for staff from branches in Nylstroom, Upington, Hartswater, Christiana, Bloemfontein, Kimberley, and Douglas. The training brought together around 25 team members, providing an opportunity to strengthen skills and knowledge across the network.

The program included both theoretical and practical sessions, covering essential aspects of agricultural implements and their use. Staff were trained on maintenance, operation, and efficiency techniques to ensure farmers receive informed support when purchasing and using equipment.

Agrico acknowledged the contribution of supplier Agriplas, whose agronomist Chris Barnard and area agent Wimpie Maree shared expert insights during the sessions. Their guidance enhanced the practical learning experience, giving staff hands-on knowledge that can be applied directly in the field.

By investing in staff training, Agrico aims to improve service delivery to farmers across South Africa. The company continues to focus on equipping its teams with the technical expertise needed to support agricultural productivity and growth.
