Farmers and Stakeholders Shape Implementation of the Preservation and Development of Agricultural Land Act

The Preservation and Development of Agricultural Land Act, 39 of 2024 (PDALA) is a critical step toward protecting South Africa’s agricultural land, promoting sustainable land use, and securing food for households and the nation.
