Dairy producer Lactalis South Africa announces new  Steri Stumpie Peanut Butter flavour

Dairy producer Lactalis South Africa (SA) today announced its latest addition to its iconic Steri Stumpie flavoured milkwith the launch of a new Peanut Butter flavour.

“Having recently celebrated 50 years of Steri Stumpie, the introduction of a peanut butter flavour to our range underscores our commitment to bringing fun, innovation, and excitement to our consumers,” says Matthew Richards, Marketing Director at Lactalis SA.

Manufactured since 1970 at the Lactalis SA factory in Gqeberha, Eastern Cape, Steri Stumpie has established itself as South Africa’s original and number one flavoured milk. With the launch of the peanut butter flavour, the brand continues to show its commitment to bringing fun, flavour,and colour to the lives of consumers.

Whether on fresh white bread or straight from the jar, peanut butter is a household favourite for all South Africans – young and old. The popular flavour has extended into multiple food categories – and now Steri Stumpie has added another reason for South Africans to choose their favourite flavoured milk.

From 5 June 2023, Steri Stumpie Peanut Butter will be available in retail outlets countrywide.
